This is not my pottery, however it's very similar to the pot I made. If I think of it, I'll take a photo of my pots. It's a horse hair firing. You put on a white type glaze and fire it, and then once it gets hot, you take it out and lay horse hairs on to it. They burn into the glaze creating this type of squigly sharpie smokey effect.
